My role
I worked with the project manager to build discussion guides, conduct phone interviews, conduct secondary research, analyze the findings through affinity diagramming, and build the communication strategy.
The Outcome
The strategy received positive feedback and even allowed the client to see the value in user research. The presentation led to a lot of discussions and was well received.

The Outcome
This was an ongoing project that was then passed on to the client for further in-depth implementation. The overall strategy was applied to future iterations of the website.
