Overview

In the summer of 2021, I was hired as an intern with the Experience Research team at Mailchimp [now acquired by Intuit] – an All-In-One automation & email marketing platform for small business owners. I specifically worked within their websites and commerce domain specialist team, which is responsible for helping teams understand what solutions to build and how to go from insights to roadmaps based on a defined problem. 

The Process

I started with collecting and organizing data for all the different surveys from various platforms and connecting with key stakeholders to understand why they were launched, our research goals, and who we were targeting.
