This project was done in partnership with SCADpro and Deloitte. SCADpro is a collaborative design studio within the Savannah College of Art & Design that connects design professionals with the world's most influential brands to develop creative, innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

As the largest professional service network in the world, thousands of Deloitte employees initiate a leave of absence every year for various reasons. These planned and unplanned leaves are subject to changing laws and intricate company policies and processes, creating a disorienting and stressful experience for employees taking the leave and the HR professionals processing them.

I was invited to this ten-week project along with nine other students to assist in the research and development of concepts for a leave management reboot that positively affects Deloitte employees.

I led the research and insight translation phase and guided the development of the final designs ensuring they were rooted in user insights and aligned with business objectives.

I developed an ideal experience framework, envisioned the new branding direction, and created three scenario-based integrated process flow charts that connected the back-end & front-end seamlessly and informed the final strategy and design of the system.
