The Ask
Assigned as part of a Service Metrics class during my graduate degree, our task was to demonstrate critical thinking, generate a unique hypothesis around a measurement opportunity and develop a metrics framework. The final framework needed to showcase its value and impact on the organization and emphasize the evolutionary path so a potential client could understand what to measure, why, and how to measure it.

The Result
Based on this hypothesis, I developed a novel way to assess value exchange amongst various organizational functions to enhance transdisciplinary collaboration and better support the delivery of design impact. The framework utilizes a mindful and dialectical approach to retain individual functional identities while facilitating cooperation, and helps identify opportunities for creating incentivization to increase synergy and alignment.
